  • Can i change the delivery address after placing the order?
    Our order processing is largely automated and hence unfortunately, it is difficult to have the delivery address changed once an order had been placed. However, we encourage you to contact us immediately in case the delivery address is incorrect, so that we can do our best to try and assist you.

    Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
  • Are there shipping costs?
    Yes, unless otherwise stated. The cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and whether you choose standard/express shipping options. During checkout, you will have the option to select Standard or Express shpping (if available). The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed. International shipments may require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. Additionally, you may be required to pay any customs duty , which will be determined by local customs authorities.

  • When will my order be delivered?
    Please allow a processing time of 3 to 5 business days from placing your order for your order to process and package. During festival/holiday periods, processing time may take longer. All orders placed after 17:00 CET will only be added to the processing queue the next business day. Orders will be shipped out ship within 5 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer, depending on stock availability. We will notify you via email if this is the case with your order. The transit time (once your order has been shipped) will vary depending on your physical location and whether you chose standard/express shipping during checkout. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, once the courier company picks up your order from one of our warehouses, please note that we, unfortunately, have no control over the transit.

  • Can I return or exchange customized jewelry?
    No, custom pieces are exempt from return/refund. We cannot process returns/refunds for customized or personalized items

    Yes, we offer customization options for selected pieces. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your preferences, and we'll do our best to create a unique, personalized piece for you. Please note that customized pieces are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Can I order custom sizing?
    Yes, if you require a size different from the standard sizes we offer, you can request custom sizing. Please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to support you with the sizing.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, PristineCrystal Gift Certificates and store credit.
  • Are your prices in USD?
    Yes, our prices are listed in US dollars unless mentioned otherwise. If you are shopping from a different currency, the final transaction will be processed in USD, and your bank may apply exchange rates.
